I know, I'm just as surprised as you are. What's equally surprising is that the whole album is comprised of Tom Waits covers, save for one original song.
But once we accept the fact that Scarlett has recorded an album (releasing on May 20), I feel we must address this album cover. It's beautiful. She's beautiful. Unfortunately she also looks like she's dead. It's like the opening scene for an episode of Law & Order: SVU. You expect Mariska Hargitay to come upon her any second and start collecting evidence. Why, Scarlett, WHY??
