Mariah Carey's Insane Wedding Registry

Mariahandnickweddinginthebahamas5

Who says you have to supply someone with sufficient food and liquor at your wedding reception to earn a gift from them?

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon didn't invite many people when they got married this spring.  Their plans for a big bash, to which they reportedly were inviting 2,000 people, were canceled when they couldn't get enough tabloids interested in subsidizing the affair by paying for photos.

But they still want the goods.  Their wedding registry at Bergdorf Goodman includes:

a 19th-century Moser vase from Devonia Antiques (worth $1,950), a Buccellati sterling silver picture frame that goes for a cool $1,695 and 24 Christofle Aria place settings for $2,190 - each.

I mean, what else do you buy the couple who has, or can easily purchase for themselves, everything?  Can you pass me that vase, please?  I need something to throw up in.
