Heidi Montag recently spoke with the ladies on The View. They asked her if she and Spencer Pratt were engaged or not, which is a valid question, considering that they were engaged a year ago, then they broke up, then last month Heidi said she was ready to marry Spencer, yadda yadda yadda.... who can keep track, right? So what's the story these days?
"We're engaged to be engaged."
Since every single minute of their lives is staged for the camera, you know they're just flip-flopping like this because some PR expert told them that it keeps the people wanting more or some crap like that. And while I don't care whether these two simpletons get married or not, I just hope they never have kids. They'd have a collective IQ of about 3.
