Ethan Hawke Marries His Nanny
Ethan Hawke and pregnant girlfriend Ryan Shawhughes were married three weeks ago, probably in New York.
The pair first met when she was hired by Hawke's ex Uma Thurman as the nanny to their two children. Although this would look like a classic tale of the dad banging the babysitter, they say that's not true. Supposedly they did not hook up with each other until the couple were divorced. The source who leaked this news to People also claimed that Shawhughes is expecting a baby girl.
I've got to admit, I'm a lot happier for Uma and Arki than I am for these two. But, as always, I hope for the best for them - for the sake of their baby.
