Anne Hathaway Spills About Her Ex, Raffaello Follieri

Anne_hathaway240

Anne Hathaway spills to W Magazine this month in a teary interview about her ex, Raffaello Follieri.

Calling his arrest for fraud “a situation where the rug was pulled out from under me all of a sudden," the actress describes how she’s been coping with the end of her four year relationship with the scandal-ridden real estate developer. Follieri, who was arrested in June on fraud charges, pled guilty this morning in exchange for a shortened prison sentence.

Hathaway reportedly split up with him a mere six hours before he was arrested.

She credits friends and colleagues with helping her get back on her feet.

"[A friend] said, 'Go stay at my house.' And Steve Carell stepped up for me during an interview when someone asked a question [about the criminal investigation]. He said, 'At some point you're going to have to talk about this time in your life. You don't have to do it this week. I'll take care of anything that comes your way.'… I've been shown such kindness. Not everyone gets that. A lot of people go through tough times alone."

Britney Spears & Kevin Federline Going To Trial

Ap_spears_federline_080624_mn

Despite a "comfortable and positive" court hearing on Thursday, Kevin Federline and Britney Spears have not come to an agreement on the custody arrangements for their kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James

"The mediation didn't result in an agreement that would avoid the trial set in August," said [Federline's] loudmouth lawyer Mark Kaplan, in a post-hearing statement.  "If the existing arrangement was acceptable to both parties... we wouldn't have to go to trial. But that didn't happen."

Federline is asking for full custody.  "He wants to have an order," Kaplan said, "that takes into account a certain stability and structure for the kids...regardless of whose house they happen to be at at any given moment."

Trial is set for August 25th.  Let's hope they get this settled as amiably as possible for the sake of their kids!
