Halle Berry's newborn baby's name has been released: Nahla Ariela Aubrey.
Nahla is an Arabic name meaning "a drink of water." (As in a tall, cool.... which is, no doubt, exactly what this girl is going to grow up to be!)
Ariela derives from the Hebrew and means "God's lioness."
A very beautiful, very strong name for a lucky young lady. Halle and Gabriel, we wholeheartedly approve!

Halle Berry finally had her baby this morning!
At 10:17 am, she gave birth to a baby girl weighing 7 lbs. 4 oz at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.
Star Magazine reports:
“Halle was overcome with emotion when she finally held her little girl. She said everything she had gone through was worth that moment. The tears kept coming as Halle didn’t even want the nurses to take her baby to clean her up and measure. It was a truly beautiful scene.”
I cannot wait to see pictures of this baby, who is the first for her and boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey. They are both ridiculous gorgeous. Combining their genes might just be enough to create a rift in the space-time continuum!
Melissa Joan Hart, aka Clarissa aka Sabrina the Teenage Witch, gave birth to her second son today. People reports that Braydon Hart Wilkerson was born at 3 p.m. in Los Angeles after 10 hours of labor, weighing 7 lbs., 3 oz.
Melissa and husband Mark Wilkerson have a two year old named Mason. Mark is the lead singer of L.A. band Course of Nature, who released their second album earlier this year. They've been married since 2003.
I was a huge Sabrina fan, and have always liked Melissa. I almost met her once at a conference, but she sent her manager mom Paula instead. Small consolation (I was told by my coworkers that I actually squealed when I heard she would be there - and I'm not a squealy kind of girl), but Paula was really nice.
I'm glad Melissa finally had this baby because she was looking extremely uncomfortable in the last few weeks of her pregnancy.
Who's next to pop? I'm putting my money on Halle Berry!
